Opening hours are on our website (view opening hours) You can also call us to arrange for ‘Out of Hours’ Corporate Team Building Events, Special Occasions, Private Parties, Events and Festivals. We will accommodate most times when booked in advance.

Where is the nearest bus stop?

Local service buses stop just off Plaxton Bridge Road, leaving a short walk to the Beverley Garden Centre and Let Loose!

Who can Let Loose! ?

Everybody and anybody, we have access for people of all ages and abilities and activities for all. Cubs Play Zone and Play inside and outside within the Park, The Giant Adventure Playground is open to all from 1 to 100 years old! The High & Low Ropes Courses and Climbing walls are open to anyone that reaches our height/ age / weight requirements.

How many People can I book for?

We have no minimum or maximum group size for Park Entry all other Events: Schools, Parties etc have minimum numbers (please visit pages or see our T&C’s Page)

What if I want to add extra people to my booking?

Adding additional participants to a Party must be done by calling the office 7 days prior to your Event. To add people to your booking please pop onto our Booking Page as quickly as you can to book as sessions have limited places.

Can we come if the weather is bad?

Yes, we have a fully enclosed 30m x 15m high Geodesic Dome which houses part of the High Ropes Course, Low Ropes Course, Roller Skating Arena and Climbing Wall! Other outdoor Activities are assessed on the day – please dress for drizzle!

How long should we allow for our visit?

We suggest a minimum of 3 hours to get a taste of the amazing activities at Let Loose! and make the most of The Greedy Moose Cafe. 

Can I bring my kids to Let Loose! to play or do I have to book an activity?

Of course, we would love you to bring your family to play in the Park! However they are always under your supervision.

Do you have a Cafe?

We have a super Cafe – The Greedy Moose – that provides good quality food at affordable prices in a rustic and unique setting.

Snacks ~ Ice cream ~ Hot and cold beverages ~ Burgers ~ Hot dogs ~ Nachos ~ Jackets ~ Cakes & Slices

Are we allowed to bring a picnic?

We have a specially designated area just outside the park for you to enjoy a picnic.  We request that picnics are not eaten inside the Park. We have a super onsite Cafe – The Greedy Moose – for snacks, ice cream, hot and cold beverages, burgers, hot dogs and our famous Greedy Pies!

What if I have a Let Loose! Gift Voucher?

Gift Vouchers make a super present and are available to purchase online.

Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against Park Entry and Park Activities when you book online using your unique 16 digit Voucher Code.

Does it cost to Park at Let Loose! ?

We have free parking available and easy/disabled access to the site.

Do you have facilities and access for Disabled and Special Needs Customers?

Yes we do have good access and specially designed programmes for wheelchair users and special needs customers. If you are unsure of the facilities at Let Loose! please call 01482843475 to arrange a site visit prior to booking online. 

Can I do Let Loose! if I'm pregnant?

The Let Loose! policy recommends pregnant women do not take part on Activities. However, if you decide to proceed, you will need to declare that you are pregnant and sign the relevant section in the waiver/ disclaimer stating that: “I have made Let Loose! aware that I am pregnant and as a result Let Loose! has recommended that I do not take part on the course. However, I have decided to take part in the course in the full knowledge that this may incur risks to my unborn child”.

What if I have a pre-existing medical condition?

The staff at Let Loose! are not medically qualified and so are not in a position to assess the capacity of participants to undertake a course. It remains your responsibility to undertake such an assessment prior to use of the course. We advise you to visit the course prior to booking to undertake your own risk assessment.

What do I wear?

Weather appropriate clothes are essential – it also may be cooler/hotter/damper than you think up high.

  1. Please wear sensible shoes, lace-up boots or trainers.
  2. Avoid loose fitting cloths which may snag on equipment.
  3. Long tie hair back.
  4. Remove loose fitting jewellery.
  5. If you are booked onto Off Ground Activities please avoid shorts and skirts.

When is best to arrive?

Approximately 15 mins prior to your booking time or anytime for the Adventure Park.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, you will be given a locker for your pocket items and any additional clothes and bags as it is not permitted to take anything in pockets on the ropes courses. Please consider leaving valuables in your car whenever possible.

Do you allow spectators?

Yes! If you are not participating in an Activity we have pleasant areas to sit and view, both indoor and outdoor, where you can feel part of the action!

Spectators pay a small fee for Park Entry only on arrival at the Park.

Can I smoke?

Let Loose! is a strictly smoke and E-Cigarette free area, both in the Park and in the car park.
