There are risks with any adventurous activity, however we have taken great care to ensure that the activities that we run have been assessed and we have taken every possible step to ensure that you have fun without getting hurt. You will be expected to sign an Acceptance of Risk Form on arrival if you or your children are participating in Guided Activities at Let Loose! 

When are you open?

Opening hours are on our website (view opening hours) You can also call us to arrange for ‘Out of Hours’ Corporate Team Building Events, Special Occasions, Private Parties, Events and Festivals. We will accommodate most times when booked in advance.

Does it cost to Park at Let Loose! ?

We have free parking available and easy/disabled access to the site.

Can I bring my kids to Let Loose! and just have a coffee and play or do I have to book an activity?

Of course, we would love you to come and relax! They are always under your supervision but you can see them from the Cafe. Park Entry applies at £3 per adult or £2 per senior.

Are we allowed to bring a picnic?

Sorry, no food can be brought onsite!

We have a super café on site with options for all kinds of dietary needs: healthy and wholesome, special diet -such as gluten free, Naughty but Nice, burgers and pies, Barista coffee and special teas.

So… you won’t go hungry at The Greedy Moose!

How long should we allow for our visit?

We suggest a minimum of 3 hours to get a taste of the amazing activities at Let Loose! and make the most of The Greedy Moose Café. 

Do you hold special events?

Yes, we run a full programme of Seasonal Events throughout the year. Details of what’s coming up will be available on our website News Page or social media. 

Can we come if weather is bad?

Yes, we have a fully enclosed 30m x 15m high Geodesic Dome which houses part of the High Ropes Course, Low Ropes Course, Soft Play, Climbing Wall and Giant Inflatables!!

What if I want to add extra people to my booking?

Adding additional participants to a Party will incur an additional £10 admin fee, so please ensure you have organized your numbers prior to booking.

How do I book?

What if I have a Let Loose! Gift Voucher?

This can be redeemed against Park Entry and Park Activities by calling 01482843475. We sell Gift Vouchers as a Credit Note purchasable over the phone or by dropping in. We will then pop them into our Gift Voucher Envelope and send out to you. You must bring your Gift Voucher or Credit Note with you on the day of your booking and it will be treated as cash.

How many People can I book for?

We have no minimum or maximum group size.

Schools and Youth Groups need a Minimum of 15 paying participants ( not including teachers and carers )

For Birthday Parties, Special Occasions, Stag/Hen Parties please email/ call us and we can check availability based on your numbers.

Where is the nearest bus stop?

Local service buses stop just off Plaxton Bridge Road, leaving a short walk to the Beverley Garden Centre and Let Loose!

Do you have facilities and access for Disabled and Special Needs Customers?

Yes we do have good access and specially designed programmes for wheelchair users and special needs customers. Please call 01482843475 to arrange a trip or a site visit.

Who can Let Loose! ?

Everybody and anybody, we have access for people of all ages and abilities and activities for all. Soft/Sand Play within the Park, The Giant Adventure Playground is open to all, from 1 to 100 years old! The High and Low Ropes Courses and Climbing walls are open to anyone that we can safely fit into a harness and reach our minimum height/ age requirements. Please call us if you have any concerns.

Can I do Let Loose! if I'm pregnant?

The Let Loose! policy recommends pregnant women do not take part on Activities. However, if you decide to proceed, you will need to declare that you are pregnant and sign the relevant section in the waiver/ disclaimer stating that: “I have made Let Loose! aware that I am pregnant and as a result Let Loose! has recommended that I do not take part on the course. However, I have decided to take part on the course in the full knowledge that this may incur risks to my unborn child”.

What if I have a pre-existing medical condition?

The staff at Let Loose! are not medically qualified and so are not in a position to assess the capacity of participants to undertake a course. It remains your responsibility to undertake such an assessment prior to use of the course. We advise you to visit the course prior to booking to undertake your own risk assessment.

What do I wear for the High & Low Ropes, Climbing, Zip Wires and Tower Activities?

Sensible shoes boots or trainers which lace up, avoid loose clothing which can snag on equipment, and if you want to go on the ropes courses avoid shorts and skirts and wear weather appropriate clothes, it may be cooler than you think high up. Please tie hair back and ensure loose jewelry is taken off prior to your Adventure.

When is best to arrive?

Approximately 15 mins prior to your booking time or anytime for The Glade.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, you will be given a locker for your pocket items and any additional clothes and bags as it is not permitted to take anything in pockets on the ropes courses. Please consider leaving valuables in your car whenever possible.

Can spectators watch?

Yes, the Greedy Moose Café is the perfect vantage point to watch the high ropes activities, and the activity tower, it also has a great view of the glade adventure playground.

Park Entry fees apply for everyone who comes into The Park. £2 – seniors, £3 – 18+, £7 – 5 to 17 years, £5 – 2 to 4 years.

Can I smoke?

Let Loose! is a strictly smoke and E-Cigarette free area, both in the Park and in the car park.

What are the Children's Party start times?

The Let Loose! Party Experience is a 2 hour session where we will try and get in as much as possible in that time. We do require you to attend 10 minutes prior to the session – please see your confirmation of booking times.
