There are risks with any adventurous activity, however we have taken great care to ensure that the activities that we run have been assessed and we have taken every possible step to ensure that you have fun without getting hurt. You will be expected to sign an Acceptance of Risk Form on arrival if you or your children are participating in Guided Activities at Let Loose! 

When are you open?

Opening hours are on our website (view opening hours) You can also call us to arrange for ‘Out of Hours’ Corporate Team Building Events, Special Occasions, Private Parties, Events and Festivals. We will accommodate most times when booked in advance.

Does it cost to Park at Let Loose! ?

We have free parking available and easy/disabled access to the site.

Can I bring my kids to Let Loose! to play or do I have to book an activity?

Of course, we would love you to bring your family for free play! However they are always under your supervision.

Are we allowed to bring a picnic?

Sorry, no food can be brought onsite! However, we do have a specially designated Picnic Area – Wolf Pack Picnics!

How long should we allow for our visit?

We suggest a minimum of 3 hours to get a taste of the amazing activities at Let Loose! and make the most of The Greedy Moose Café. 

Can we come if weather is bad?

Yes, we have a fully enclosed 30m x 15m high Geodesic Dome which houses part of the High Ropes Course, Low Ropes Course, Roller Skating Arena (Skate Hire too)  Climbing Wall and Outdoor Zip Wires!!

What if I want to add extra people to my booking?

Adding additional participants to a Party may incur an additional admin fee, so please ensure you have organized your numbers prior to booking.

What if I have a Let Loose! Gift Voucher?

Gift Vouchers from 2017 and 2018 can be redeemed against Park Entry and Park Activities by calling 01482843475. We now sell Gift Vouchers Online that can be redeemed against Activities online too! You must bring your Gift Voucher or Credit Note with you on the day of your booking and it will be treated as cash.

How many People can I book for?

We have no minimum or maximum group size for Park Entry all other Events: Schools, Parties etc have minimum numbers (please visit pages or see our T&C’s Page)

Where is the nearest bus stop?

Local service buses stop just off Plaxton Bridge Road, leaving a short walk to the Beverley Garden Centre and Let Loose!

Do you have facilities and access for Disabled and Special Needs Customers?

Yes we do have good access and specially designed programmes for wheelchair users and special needs customers. If you are unsure of the facilities at Let Loose! please call 01482843475 to arrange a site visit prior to booking online. 

Do you have food on site?

We have a selection of cold drinks and snacks in Reception.

Offsite we have Wolf Pack Picnic Area.

Who can Let Loose! ?

Everybody and anybody, we have access for people of all ages and abilities and activities for all. Cubs Play Zone and Play inside and outside within the Park, The Giant Adventure Playground is open to all from 1 to 100 years old! The High & Low Ropes Courses and Climbing walls are open to anyone that reaches our height/ age / weight requirements.

Can I do Let Loose! if I'm pregnant?

The Let Loose! policy recommends pregnant women do not take part on Activities. However, if you decide to proceed, you will need to declare that you are pregnant and sign the relevant section in the waiver/ disclaimer stating that: “I have made Let Loose! aware that I am pregnant and as a result Let Loose! has recommended that I do not take part on the course. However, I have decided to take part on the course in the full knowledge that this may incur risks to my unborn child”.

What if I have a pre-existing medical condition?

The staff at Let Loose! are not medically qualified and so are not in a position to assess the capacity of participants to undertake a course. It remains your responsibility to undertake such an assessment prior to use of the course. We advise you to visit the course prior to booking to undertake your own risk assessment.

What do I wear for the High & Low Ropes, Climbing, Zip Wires and Tower Activities?

Sensible shoes boots or trainers which lace up, avoid loose clothing which can snag on equipment, and if you want to go on the ropes courses avoid shorts and skirts and wear weather appropriate clothes, it may be cooler than you think high up. Please tie hair back and ensure loose jewelry is taken off prior to your Adventure.

When is best to arrive?

Approximately 15 mins prior to your booking time or anytime for The Glade.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, you will be given a locker for your pocket items and any additional clothes and bags as it is not permitted to take anything in pockets on the ropes courses. Please consider leaving valuables in your car whenever possible.

Can spectators watch?

Yes, we have a small Spectators Fee of £1 for our Winter Season.

Can I smoke?

Let Loose! is a strictly smoke and E-Cigarette free area, both in the Park and in the car park.
