How to book for Schools, Youth Clubs, SEN?
School Events are available to book in May, June, July & September in Term Time weekdays only.
Choose your session from a block below.
Press this “Contact Us” button and wizz us an email describing:
- your group size
- your Groups age/ Year Group
- your preferred date
- the time you would like to arrive
- explaining any special requirements for staff or pupils
- letting us know of any further information you may need.
We will create a tailored Session for you and send you an invoice to be paid in full to secure your day.
N.B: Activities may vary according to availability, weather, ability and can be changed at the discretion of Let Loose!
Sessions & Fees:
Half Day Guided Adventure
(A 2.5 hours)
- Most suitable for Key Stage 1 & 2
- £25 per child
- Min 30 paying participants
- You can add a Wolf Pack Picnic: £5 pp – you are welcome to bring a zero waste picnic
- Refreshment and Tuck Shop will be available
What’s included: Leap of Faith & Team Games, Adventure Park, Squirrel Run & Giant Tube Slide.
Please note: We welcome smaller group sizes, however, discounts will not apply and participants will be charged a higher price.
Full Day Guided Adventure
(10 am – 3pm weekdays only in Term Time)
- Most suitable from Key Stage 2 upwards
- £33 per child
- Min 30 paying participants
- You can add Wolf Pack Picnic: £5 pp – you are welcome to bring a zero waste picnic
- Refreshment and Tuck Shop will be available
What’s included: High/ Mid-Ropes indoor only, Leap of Faith & Team Games, and Adventure Playground.

Adventure, Learning & Play for SEN
Let Loose! Staff are careful to provide additional support on Activities to enable all participants to enjoy climbing and leaping to the maximum, there is something for everyone. We can help you to achieve your goals with maximum fun and learning at the centre of all we do. Our Activities will take each participant to their limits and beyond. They will learn to take risks and identify areas for personal development.
During your visit…
Adventure Guides will greet you when you arrive.
Prior to your visit please inform us of any special requirements.
Paperwork and Check In at Lodge
Exciting and educational programs will happen throughout your visit.
We will adapted our activities to cater for the bravest and most timid.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled program,
