Let Loose! is a new Indoor & Outdoor, Adventure, Learning and Play Centre 

People of all ages and abilities can have a go at climbing and abseiling.

Let Loose! Staff have been trained extensively in providing additional support on these activities enabling wheelchair users, young people with autism and young people with learning disabilities to enjoy the activity to the maximum.

Our wide range of services mean that there is something for everyone; from adults to children, groups to individuals, schools to families.

At Let Loose! it’s not just about our activities and courses, we offer a unique, tailored, and personable approach to your visit to ensure you get the best possible experience, we have the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals.

Let Loose! welcomes people of all ages and abilities to ensure those with Special Needs are catered for safely and with maximum fun and learning at the center of all we do.

Let Loose! Activities are the perfect opportunity for participants to build on their ability to understand and act upon instructions. They will learn how to set and achieve their own goals, as well as show support for their peers.

Let Loose! activities will take each participant to their limits and beyond. They’ll learn to take risks and identify areas for personal development and work in teams or individually.

Our eco-friendly Cafe can cater

for your snacks and lunches

when requested at the time of booking.

During your visit…

  1. Adventure Guides will greet you when you arrive at Let Loose!
  2. Paperwork and Check In at Lodge.
  3. Super fun programmes will happen throughout your visit that are adapted to the bravest and most timid of your group.
  4. Prior to your visit please inform us of any extra special requirements you may have so that we may best accommodate your group.
  5. Toilets and a refreshments are located onsite.
  6. For your safety and enjoyment please arrive on time for your scheduled program, maintain discipline, encourage exploration and participation and assist when requested.

Programme Information…

  • We have full day and half day Packages available.
  • Programmes are available starting from 9 am and we also can provide evening slots.
  • All Special Groups require a minimum of 10 participants for our special discount.
  • Programmes are delivered rain or shine, please plan and dress accordingly.
  • Everyone will have the chance to try our Activities.
  • Your Booking can include food, we need to have prior warning about special diets.

Groups Terms & Conditions

  • We will plan your Trip around your time and budget.
  • Special rates are available for Groups of 10+ participants during Term Time (not including weekends)
  • Teachers and Helpers/Carers are FREE
  • Special Rates are only available for the 10 + paying visitors (it does not include accompanying adults)
  • To qualify for the Special Needs Group Rates, evidence of Special Needs Group status must be given.
  • Special Needs Group Fee must be paid for at least 10 days in advance of the date of your visit in order to secure the booking.
  • We regret that refunds cannot be offered in the event of cancellations, non-attendance, changes in numbers of participants or adverse weather conditions, except in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
  • Each participants Parent/Teacher/Carer must have completed an Acceptance of Risk Form for each participant. These are available in The Reception upon your arrival at The Park.
  • Although we do take all precautions, unforeseen emergencies can be unavoidable so last minute closures may occur.

Payment Terms:

  • 25% deposit will secure your Group booking.
  • We will require full payment at least 10 days prior to the date of your visit.

All Participants will be expected to sign our Acceptance of Risk form when they use our High & Low Ropes, Climbing Wall and Big Leap and Super Slide.

The activities at Let Loose! come with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the measures, care and steps that Let Loose! have taken to avoid injuries. They include High/Low Ropes Course, Climbing Activities, jumping from height, slides and freestanding Adventure Playground.

The following describes some, but not all, of those risks:

  • Equipment may fail or malfunction, despite reasonable maintenance and use. Attendant risks include slips, falls, trips and impact injuries and may include, scrapes, bruises, cuts, broken bones, concussion, including environmental risks. These are only some examples of such risks.
  • Activities are conducted indoors and outdoors, and is physical by nature inherent risks of injuries such as sprains strains and pulled muscles.
  • Rock climbing on an artificial wall entails known and unanticipated risks including: climbing on or falling from Climbing Walls.

Let Loose! have put the following measures in place to reduce risk of any incident as far as is practicably possible;

  • Koala and Niko safety rail systems, ERCA inspection standards.
  • Personal safety equipment, including helmets and harnesses
  • Fully trained Staff competent in managing the High & Low Ropes Courses and trained in First Aid.
  • Safety Briefings for all Activities so that you have all the information you need to keep safe.
  • Play Safe Bark in the Adventure playground BS4790 – 5 certified
  • ROSPA Park Certification


I am aware that this Activity and Adventure Park includes risks of bodily injury or death. I understand the description above of these risks are not complete and that other unknown or unanticipated risks may result in accident, injury or death. I agree to assume responsibility for the inherent risks both identified herein and not specifically identified. I acknowledge that engaging in this activity may require a degree of skill and a level of fitness.


The staff at Let Loose! are not medically qualified and so are not in a position to assess the capacity of participants to undertake a course. It remains your responsibility to undertake such an assessment prior to use of the course. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, we advise you to visit the course prior to booking to undertake your own risk assessment. If you have a pre-existing back condition we do not recommend that you participate in the Big Leap or Super Slide. You as registered Carer have ultimate responsibility and discretion for the Participants in your care, we will work with you to create a safe and exciting experience at Let Loose!


We do not recommend that you take part in our Off Ground Activities if you are pregnant.
